The much awaited film, “Water Under Attack”, is due out in complete form Oct 1. It was scheduled to be shown in the hamlet of Callicoon, part of the town of Delaware, but the viewing was cancelled. The town supervisor said it was too one sided. Josh Fox disagrees, saying he is a documentary film maker and lets the story tell itself. Josh says there is a lot of bad news in gas drilling impacts. I don’t understand. What does the town supervisor have to do with the screening? Can someone supply the background and chronology of this issue?
Why would anyone want to silence knowledge sharing? We need to hear from all perspectives! Josh has a particularly informed perspective to share considering the work he has done with those affected by gas drilling.
