We are a legal support group helping the fight to sustain a ban on horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing (HDHF) within the city limits and a one mile buffer of Morgantown WV. We are looking for expert witnesses to support our case. Particularly experts knowledgeable with HDHF. Can James Northrup be retained?

Was contacted by Morgantown and declined to be an expert witness on their issues – which is zoning in W Va.

And in their case, extending their zoning beyond their corporate limits – to protect their water intake.

Am also in WV and working with organized group of landowners to get research and, if necessary lawsuits to protect landowners

Trying to promote more environmental research in WV to study fracking issues and ensure landowner safeguards are in place. check out http://www.wvhostfarms.org which is trying to help expose fracking hazards
