Dear Governor Cuomo, DEC and DOH,
There is no way that a thorough health study can be completed in the time you have allotted for it. This is a sham and indicates that you are more concerned about oil and gas money than you are about the health of New York citizens. Why are gas companies requiring non-disclosure statements from citizens who have been hurt by drilling?
